Sending Your Frames
- All frames sent into our laboratory for lens replacement must be accompany with a written prescription from a license opthamologist or optometrist and must be with in a year with valid date.
- Frames must be of optical quality and in good condition for lenses to be place in them all frames are examine by a license optician and given a 4 point inspection to make sure it can with stand new lens replacement.
- If our lab decides that a frame do not fit the requirements for lens replacement we will notify the customer by email explaining why and send frames back to customer.
- If for any reason our lab can not mount Rx lenses to a customers frame we will notify the customer with the reason why send frames back to customer at no charge.
- Refund - The eyeglass lab guarantees Rx accuracy on all prescriptions filled in our lab and will a full refund on any Rx filled inaccurately.
- There will be no refund on any Rx prescription order that has been fill accurately and correctly by our lab.
- Prescriptions can be summited online by going to our summit your Rx page located on the navigation bar at the top of home page or you can simply fax or email it into our lab.
- If you are paying online and sending in your own frames to our lab for lens replacement you must send a copy of your online receipt that was email to you at time of purchase.
- If you are paying by check or money order just send payment in with frames being ship.
